About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps and Cybersecurity services. Key Responsibilities
· Develop and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities across Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps and Cybersecurity.
· Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, outbound outreach, and industry events.
· Lead sales cycles from initial contact to closure, maintaining strong post-sales relationships.
· Work closely with solution architects and presales to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
· Work with the Partner and Vendor Ecosystem.
· Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
· Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
· Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of business development or sales experience in IT solutions or services.
· Proven experience in selling Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, DevSecOps and Cybersecurity solutions.
· Strong network and market knowledge within Saudi Arabia.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Fluent in Arabic and English
· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Preferred Skills
· Understanding of Cloud, CI/CD, SOC services
· Understanding security compliance standards (ISO 27001, NCA, SAMA, PDPL, etc.).
· Familiarity with public sector sales cycles, RFPs, and vendor registration processes.
· Familiarity with Sourcing Systems like Etimad, Arbia.
· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
